Azerion buys remaining shares of game company Sulake Oy

The parties will keep to themselves how much will be paid for the acquisition. Azerion already acquired the majority in Sulake in 2018 and invested in the development of the studio. The results are convincing enough to take the final step.

Earlier, Atilla Aytekin already bought the games companies Spil Games and Woozworld. With these and other acquisitions, he has built a company that develops and publishes content (games) but also has the technology in-house to optimally exploit the advertising positions.

In 2019, Azerion posted a turnover of 197 million euros and 139 million euros in the first nine months of 2020.

Azerion ( file ) raised 12.5 million euros in growth capital last month and announced that it is considering an IPO.
